One-on-one coaching
I work with high-achieving professionals who are standing at some kind of threshold. Maybe you’re wondering: Is this really it? You’ve done everything “right” (degrees, the impressive jobs, the intellectual challenges) but now you’re staring out at the “second mountain,” wondering, what’s next?
I’m not a traditional coach or therapist. I sit in between, blending deep inner work with practical next steps. Together, we explore both the inner landscape and map where you want to go.
My approach is experiential, embodied, and customized. Sometimes we’re talking about who you need to reach out to take the next professional step. Other times, we’re digging into what you learned growing up about worth, safety, or success. Sometimes we just pause and breathe to drop into presence and connect to the wisdom stored in the body.
I work with mindfulness, somatic practices, Gestalt and solutions-oriented methods. The modalities aren’t about fixing you, but about removing obstacles to coming into deeper contact with who you already are.
Clients come to for a range of challenges, including but not limited to:
Professional transitions, reinvention, and realignment
ADHD, anxiety, overachievement, or navigating crises
Psychedelic integration and spiritual emergence
Clarifying the good life and (more importantly) taking steps to live the good life
We start with a discovery call to see if there’s a fit. If we work together, you’ll fill out a long intake form and then schedule a first session. Each session is an hour and includes mindfulness practice, a range of experiments and goal-setting, and is followed by assignments to integrate insights into real life.
To initiate the coaching relationship, my current rate is $1000-2000 retainer per month for 60min biweekly sessions.
